Is our practice accepting new patients?

Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. Please click the “request an appointment” link on our website or call us at (503) 747-3388 to schedule your appointment with one of our providers.

Do you have forms that I can fill out ahead of my appointment?

Yes, you can print out our new patient form located at our New Patient Center located under the Resources tab. If you are unable to print out the new patient paperwork please come in 15 minutes before your appointment to fill it out in person.

Do you accept insurance?

At Unity Chiropractic and Wellness Center we are not contracted with any insurance plans. Because there are so many insurance plans, and because coverage varies widely, please contact your health insurance carrier to find out whether they cover our services. If you would like to utilize your health insurance for our services, we can provide you with the paperwork, called a “superbill” needed to file your own claim. You can utilize your HSA card.

Our goal at Unity Chiropractic and Wellness Center is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of optimal health. Since we are considered a “cash practice”, we lack the overhead that other providers must charge, and can keep our costs low, allowing all patients high-quality, affordable care. Payment is made at the time of your visit. No bills. No fuss. Many patients find that this method is the easiest, most affordable, and most cost-effective way of receiving care.

*We happily accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. FSA and HSA as well as PIP Personal Injury/Motor Vehicle Accident Insurances.*

What to expect the first time you go to our chiropractors?

Our providers will do a thorough history, examination, and treatment on your first visit. Our providers will take time to explain your case with you and also offer home suggestions. Your first visit is generally about an hour long and subsequent visits will be 20-30 minutes.
